A funny thing can happen when two people with vastly different musical backgrounds come together with a common thread of ideas and goals: FUN MUSIC! The brainchild of Annelise Collette and Rene Rosa, The Lunatiques is a musical hybrid that includes a little bit of everything, when it comes to their musical influences. From the sounds of the 50s and 60s, olidies chord progressions and ideas, to horror movies, rockabilly, punk and a love for cheeseburgers and milk shakes, some of what you will find in The Lunatiques is both anachronistic yet at the same time very much up-to-date. Sultry double entendres and good humored vibes carry through the lyrics and music, and eventually the live show that will accompany them will be just as vibrant fun and energetic as it sounds.
